Landslide at Bukit Antarabangsa

Now, we talk about the Sustainable Development. For me, sustainable development must be followed by 3 main element within this atmospehere which is i namely Doctrin of Sustainable Development. This 3 indicator are related each other. First Environment, Second Human and third is God. How the enviroment related to the human? We must respect to the environment as Hukum Alam. This respect must be take care carefully in order maintain, sustain and proper protect any natural features in especially environment protection. The method is :
Don't develop the land with slode more than 15 degree.
Don't cut any big trees or disturb any natural features inside...
Don't disturb any underground geology or hidrology...
Set the buffer zone or gazetted perimeter boundary surrounding hill side which is about 2 km distance from slope 15 degree..
Just only develop area 0 degree up to 10 degree only.
In penisular, there are more 70% of the area are not yet develop which is only 35% more than 25 degree. The remaining percent are ready to develop.

Don't ignore the EIA or only for the submittion to authority to get the approval but in actual or implementation not followed.

For me, the authority must be playing a rule to stop over any particular development along hill side. The Authority must set the perimeter boundary which is under the sensitive area with buffer 2km. Any development proposal come over into this area, must be reject immediately.

Right now, there are a lot of committed and existing development within Bukit Antarabangsa. How to control?...First, the Authority set up the tasks force to resettle the house owner. Set the high risks boundary and mark the scheme affected and resettle to other place. Advise them to get other house with new package with government support or incentive. Under phase 2, to resettle second high risk. Its also same method to resettle but need more expenses to resettle. By the end of the day, they are no more development at Bukit Antarabangsa...Just remain as secondary forest or resort area....Under the study of structure plan, there a lot of potential development especially surrounding MSC especailly Salak Tinggi, Dengkil or Tele-Sururb. The palce is quiet far but just nearby to the Airport City...Just imagine, develop into the flat area can save a lot of life rather than develop at hillside just bacause of privacy or standard of living can be happen any time especially during LANDAS sessiaon...hehehhehehe....that is only the how we respect the environment....others...just think and think...be a thinker is the best anology if there lot of knowledge in our mind....
